We are in search of a proficient Device Repair Specialist who will be responsible for fixing smartphones, tablets, lighting solutions, and various other devices as required. Moreover, you will be instrumental in developing the device repair services within our establishment.

**Primary Duties:**

  • Repair smartphones, tablets, and additional devices as necessary
  • Manage the receiving, packaging, and dispatching of devices
  • Ensure precise inventory management
  • Offer remote assistance through live video (e.g., Skype) for in-store repairs
  • Comply with all safety protocols and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 3-6+ months of experience in device repair
  • Alternatively, an associate degree in electronics or a related technical discipline
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to swiftly grasp new processes and technologies
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the capability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities, with a talent for educating and training others
  • Comfortable handling electronic devices and regularly using computers and office equipment - Must be able to lift 10-20 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally, and more than 50 pounds infrequently.
