Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance on blow molding and injection molding manufacturing machinery to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
- Implement and enhance preventive maintenance protocols.
- Engage in changeovers, ensuring effective and accurate execution.
- Repair and refurbish spare components.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, quality benchmarks, and operational guidelines.
- Broaden your knowledge through formal training and hands-on experiences, including new equipment installations and modifications.
Your Qualifications:
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of overtime as required.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in maintaining manufacturing machinery.
Preferred experience with Gem Wheel and Palletizer.
Possess strong knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, along with the capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Ability to interpret technical and operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet, with or without reasonable accommodation.
