Key Responsibilities:
• Perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Provide relationship-based patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.
• Practice using current clinical practice standards.
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration by promoting a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
• Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments, required mandatory education, and population-specific education.
• Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses to ensure a current and future qualified workforce.
Requirements:
• Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise specified.
• Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor.
• Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact.
