Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Provide high-quality direct and indirect patient care, including medication administration and education
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in nursing or a related field
  • A current Registered Nurse license in the state of Connecticut
  • Certification in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and PMT training
  • Experience working with psychiatric populations and knowledge of trauma-informed care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Location

This role is based in Manchester, CT, and requires occasional travel to other locations within the region. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for this position.
