Customer Experience Supervisor Opportunity Summary

As a Customer Experience Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving the success of our service department by ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, efficient staffing, and effective cost controls. You will be responsible for managing a team of service technicians and supporting the operation of our service department to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with setting service appointments and keeping them informed of the status of their vehicles in for service.
  • Open and close work orders in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Research vehicle recalls, services, and repair information with manufacturers' websites to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Sell needed vehicle maintenance and repairs in an honest, ethical, courteous, and professional manner, building trust with customers and driving revenue growth.
  • Work Experience and Qualifications:
    • 3+ years' experience in a heavy-duty dealership and/or diesel service environment.
    • Strong working knowledge of dealer business systems, such as ADP Dealer System.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
    • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
