Position Overview:

With limited supervision, you will execute a range of installations, disconnections, and service modifications for both residential and commercial clients utilizing high-speed internet, phone, and television services. You will also conduct basic troubleshooting and repairs from the fiber terminal or ONT to customer devices (TV, modem, wireless devices, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Install and troubleshoot all MetroNet services from the terminal to Customer Premise Equipment (CPE). Provide comprehensive customer education on all MetroNet products and services. Earn commissions by effectively communicating MetroNet services and products to customers. Maintain professionalism with customers and team members. Achieve key performance metrics. Demonstrate physical capability to work in various conditions, including attics, crawl spaces, and adverse weather. Ability to work in kneeling or standing positions for extended periods. Climb ladders safely with proper equipment up to 25 feet. Lift and carry loads up to 75 lbs, including ladders. Utilize basic hand tools and specialized equipment with training. Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely and professionally. Participate in on-call rotation duties outside of regular business hours. Availability for overtime as needed, including holidays and weekends. Willingness to travel for training or as required. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Willingness to collaborate as part of a team and work independently
