DrWanted is currently seeking Advanced Practice Providers for a site located in the Hudson Valley, New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform evaluation and management services to patients requiring Hospitalist services with the Hospitalist practice
- Develop treatment plans and complete admissions from the Emergency Department
- Dictate H&P examinations and discharge summaries
- Cross-cover for the Hospitalist team and perform routine and special laboratory studies
- Write progress notes and orders for inpatient and outpatient medicine
- Work a 7a-7p schedule with 1:5 rotation for admissions
- May be asked to cover the Rapid Discharge Unit
- Perform other responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the Chief Hospitalist and within NP/PA scope of practice
