About the Role:

This is a part-time, PRN position that requires a minimum of 10 hours per week, with a flexible schedule between 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday. You will work closely with a supervising physician to assess, diagnose, and treat cardiovascular disease in patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive medical assessments and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Establish treatment plans and collaborate with specialists as required.
  • Provide telehealth visits to skilled nursing facilities and educate patients and their families on cardiovascular health.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing and current, unrestricted Texas APRN license.
  • Certification through the ANCC, AANP (or equivalent certification body) and current BLS.
  • Cardiology-focused clinical experience (3+ years) and geriatrics and telehealth experience are highly preferred.
