Youth Activity Specialist

Job Summary: As a Youth Activity Specialist at Caring People Alliance, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering exceptional afterschool programs for children aged 6-12. Your expertise will help create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that fosters learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute diverse activities, including educational workshops, recreational games, and art projects.
  • Collaborate with teachers and community partners to develop curriculum and resources.
  • Monitor student attendance, meal tracking, and daily reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field.
  • Two years of experience working with children and families.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year.
