Key Responsibilities- Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate machines to produce high-quality products, ensuring compliance with ICM master manual, process manuals, and product safety guidelines.
- Tooling and Maintenance: Change coils on all machines, un-jam Bihler, Lens, Finzer, BMS, Spako, and Ing Yu machines, and regrind dies for Bihler, Lens, Finzer, BMS, Spako, and Ing Yu machines.
- Quality Control: Measure products to print specifications using calipers, gauge parts to engineering specifications, and enter data into Fastcheck.
- Overhead Crane Operation: Safely operate overhead cranes to move tooling and materials.
- Work Environment: Maintain a neat and orderly work environment, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in machine operation and die setting preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
