Job Title: Activities Assistant

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are passionate about providing high-quality care and services to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Activities Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and implementing resident-centered activities and programs that promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with the community team to ensure a balanced and engaging activity program that meets the needs and interests of our residents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and schools to support volunteer recruitment and community outreach.
  • Document and track resident participation, feedback, and program evaluations to inform future activity planning.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with Sunrise quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • One year of experience in senior living communities or a related field.
  • Ability to lead activities and motivate volunteers and team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
