  • Equipment Operation: Operate various equipment, including cleaning tools, floor sanders, and carts, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Supply Management: Deliver and inventory supplies, including cleaning agents, toilet paper, and towels.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any safety problems or building security issues immediately, and communicate effectively with employees and visitors.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of prior janitorial or job-related experience.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to stand and walk 90% of workday, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Working Environment

The work environment is quiet, with occasional exposure to work near moving mechanical parts and work in high, precarious places.
