Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and caring individual to supervise and ensure the well-being of students during after-school hours. As an After-school Watcher, you will create a safe and inclusive environment, organize engaging activities, and provide assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during after-school hours and ensure their safety and well-being
  • Organize and lead activities that promote socialization, learning, and fun
  • Provide individualized support and assistance to students as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Enforce rules and guidelines to ensure a positive and respectful atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of responsibility and reliability
  • Passion for working with children and youth
