Director of Rehabilitation

Aegis Therapies is seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our patients
  • Lead and manage a team of therapists and therapy assistants
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Current license in the state of practice
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant
  • Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience
  • Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months
