Job Description

**Job Summary**

Omega Optical Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality control efforts and ensure the highest standards of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain our ISO 9001 quality management system.
  • Lead internal quality audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure quality awareness and understanding among employees.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading quality control efforts and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

This position will be working primarily indoors in a climate-controlled, smoke-free environment, but also requires the employee to be moving through other areas on a regular basis.
