Clinical Nutrition Specialist

At Piedmont HealthCare, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clinical nutrition services, including nutrition assessment, modified diet formulation, self-management, training, and nutrition intervention to patients/residents.
Key responsibilities include ensuring patient satisfaction, quality care, regulatory agency compliance, and good public relations are achieved through the safe and efficient use of resources.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical nutrition services to patients/residents
Conduct nutrition assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective care coordination
Educate patients/residents on healthy eating habits and nutrition management
Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
Current licensure in the State of GA as a Dietitian
Registered Dietitian (Commission on Dietetic Registration)
Minimum one (1) year work experience as a dietitian preferred
