  • Ensure that claims are processed in alignment with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Examine documentation including photographs of damaged properties and insurance policies to ensure compliance with agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office or administrative role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in document review.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
  • No prior call center experience is required.
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
