Pharmacy Director

As a Pharmacy Manager at Albertsons, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to lead our pharmacy team and contribute to the success of our company.

• Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide high-quality patient care and services.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services and promote a positive customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
• Recruit, train, and develop pharmacy staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent patient care.

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules, including evenings and weekends.
