We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Albertsons. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy operations and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, including managing staff, inventory, and patient care.
- Deliver Patient Care: Provide direct patient care services, including medication therapy management and disease state management.
- Uphold Operational Standards: Ensure that our pharmacy meets or exceeds operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of pharmacists and technicians to ensure that our pharmacy is staffed with qualified professionals.
- Partner with Management: Collaborate with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability and improve patient care.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- License: Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
- Certification: Certified immunizer preferred
- Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
- Skills: Ability to work a variety of schedules and lead a team of professionals
