Income Research Analyst Position with Global X ETFs

About the Role

Global X ETFs is seeking an Income Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in asset management, research, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain research content on income-oriented ETFs, including funds centered around alternatives, dividend income, fixed income, preferred stock, and REITs.
  • Create educational content to help investors understand ETF structure, mechanics, liquidity, and competitive landscape.
  • Assist investors with using preferred stock and bond-related investments strategically within a diversified portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to review existing income-based ETFs and identify new product opportunities.
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc research for internal and external stakeholders on various topics relevant to our ETFs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in preferred stock and fixed income through trading, research, or sales capacity.
  • Advanced communication skills, including business writing, data analysis and visualization, and verbal presentations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of and deep passion for financial markets, with a particular focus on commodities investments.
  • Motivated self-starter and consummate teammate.
Benefits and Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000 per year. In addition, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package.
