About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Child and Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our team at the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group. As a specialist in outpatient psychiatry, you will provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychiatric care for patients in an outpatient clinic setting, Monday through Friday, with support from a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
  • Document visit notes in an integrated medical information system.
  • Treat patients in clinic and via video/phone consultations.
  • No inpatient rounding is required.
  • Allocate 20% of daily work time to electronic patient care management.
Requirements
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
  • Current licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
  • Work visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.
