We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marine Mechanic Apprentice to join our team at Bridge Marina Inc. As a Marine Mechanic Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of marine engines and systems, and gain hands-on experience in the repair and maintenance of boats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of marine engines and systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and fluid exchanges
  • Assist in the cleaning and organization of boats and equipment
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of marine systems and engines
  • Work closely with experienced technicians to learn new skills and techniques
Requirements:
  • Basic mechanical and technical skills and awareness
  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
  • Valid clean automobile driver's license
  • NJ Boating certificate
  • Boating experience of 2 years or greater
  • Good health and great physical mobility
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background/drug screen
