We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marine Mechanic Apprentice to join our team at Bridge Marina Inc. As a Marine Mechanic Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of marine engines and systems, and gain hands-on experience in the repair and maintenance of boats.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the repair and maintenance of marine engines and systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and fluid exchanges
- Assist in the cleaning and organization of boats and equipment
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of marine systems and engines
- Work closely with experienced technicians to learn new skills and techniques
- Basic mechanical and technical skills and awareness
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid clean automobile driver's license
- NJ Boating certificate
- Boating experience of 2 years or greater
- Good health and great physical mobility
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background/drug screen
