Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in selecting the perfect products, providing detailed information about our extensive collection of jewelry, consumer electronics, and tools.
  • Sales: Achieve sales per hour goals by effectively engaging with customers and driving sales, promoting and selling Trade in and Jewelry Trade Up plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that the sales floor is tidy and inviting, and merchandising the jewelry sales area and consumer electronics and tools according to company standards.
  • Training and Development: Attend regular sales training and store meetings to stay updated on best practices, new products, and sales techniques.
  • Safety and Security: Enforce safety, health, and security rules, including OSHA compliance and loss prevention measures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Knowledge: Point of sales systems, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation

$17-$23/hr plus commission
