At Current Lighting, we are seeking a High-Level Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a member of our C-Suite support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in a professional work environment and will be able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills. They will also possess strong organizational skills that reflect their ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our C-Suite members, which includes meeting set up and calendar management, scheduling domestic and/or international travel, expense submission and processing, coordination, managing PO requirements, and facilitating any facility needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to C-Suite members, including meeting set up and calendar management, scheduling domestic and/or international travel, and expense submission and processing.
  • Coordinate the creation of purchase orders, receiving goods/services, authorizing invoices and payment requests.
  • Act as a primary resource for key stakeholders, including members of the board of directors, customers, suppliers, direct reports, and employees.
  • Develop and maintain administrative protocols and standards with other members of the administrative staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat.
  • SAP S4 experience PO management.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, clients, leadership team, and employees.
