Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED); or a combination of relevant education and experience
  • Ability to work within established time constraints
  • Familiarity with bakery terminology and processes
  • Competence in organizing and prioritizing tasks/projects
  • Willingness to work weekends regularly, any shift, and overtime as necessary
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Minimum age of 18 years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant retail experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Understanding of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure
