Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our Direct-to-Consumer team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end test delivery in support of Peacock International Program.
This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as you will be working closely with other teams and test leads across the technology organization to maintain relationships and oversee the development of test plans.
You will lead a team of 5-8 individuals, comprised of QA Engineers and Specialists, who will support the coordination of end-to-end QA testing for Peacock features across all platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and reviewing test plans
- Participating in Technical Development Analysis (TDA) meetings to plan and estimate QA efforts
- Providing features delivery timelines
- Liaising with development/program/systems teams
- Prioritizing testing and Jira tickets based on business objectives
- Reporting test execution status to Test Managers, Project Managers, and Release Managers
