We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Radiology Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our imaging services, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of radiology technologists and other support staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective imaging services
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses
- Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Provide training and guidance to new staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality patient care
- 3 years of experience as a Lead or Supervisor in a radiology setting
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification
- State Registered Radiologic Technician certification
- Vocational School Graduate
