Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team at REEDS Jewelers. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building lifelong relationships with customers, providing personalized service, and guiding them through in-store and online purchases.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Guide customers through in-store and online purchases, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, designers, and top-selling products to provide expert knowledge to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Proven sales performance, including one year of sales/retail experience
- Luxury brand sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities
