About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a RN Acute Med-Surgical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with acute and surgical needs, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of nursing.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and empathy among team members.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year of nursing experience.
