As a Registered Nurse in our Acute Med-Surgical unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advances in the field.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
  • At least one year of experience in a medical-surgical setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • National certification in a relevant specialty.
