Whiskey Industry Sales Professional

">About the Role:

This role is responsible for promoting and selling the American Whiskey Portfolio as well as strategic focus brands through field sales development and education. The primary focus of the position will be to educate trade personnel on brand messaging via on-premise education, mentoring, and training.

The East Coast Whiskey Ambassador will work with the Heaven Hill sales team and distributors to identify and manage hand-selling opportunities for distribution and promotion of the American Whiskey Portfolio and focus brands.

Key responsibilities include working with the sales team to develop and implement a trade education plan, participating in sales meetings and product introductions, and arranging market visits with sales staff.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing management within the distilled spirits industry, preferably with experience in the American Whiskey category.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and display passionate brand advocacy and learn in-depth brand and category information.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.
