Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and implement treatment plans based on physician referrals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
  • Educate patients on their conditions and develop tailored home exercise regimens
  • Oversee and manage patient rehabilitation programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Valid Arizona License in Physical Therapy
  • AHA BLS certification
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Preferred: Advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate), prior clinical experience, familiarity with electronic health records

Compensation: $55.95/hour
