We are seeking a caring and experienced caregiver to join our team at Wyndy LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing full-time care for an active toddler, including engaging in age-appropriate activities and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and has a genuine love for their growth and development. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess the ability to work independently.

Our team member will receive a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organization. We value experience with potty training and meal preparation, but it's not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care and attention to our energetic child
  • Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that foster learning and development
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children in a caregiving capacity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • CPR and First Aid certification (desired)
