Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in shipping and receiving operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Shipping Team and Warehouse Technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation and shipment of products, meeting established parameters and deadlines.
  • Oversee equipment repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with accreditation and OSHA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to ensure timely and accurate shipping of marketing materials and trade show exhibits.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate counts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee growth and development, participating in leadership team activities and contributing to the company's mission and vision.
Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 3 years' experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to effectively manage and supervise Shipping Team personnel.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement warehouse and shipping processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and wear personal protective equipment as required.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring shipments are accurately prepared and sent within established time frames.
  • Experience participating in leadership teams and guiding the growth and development of employees.
