Key Responsibilities:
The Patient Registration I role encompasses a variety of essential functions, including:

  • Facilitating patient registration while exemplifying outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Reviewing scheduled outpatient appointments to confirm that all patients are eligible for discounts.
  • Discussing payment options and arrangements with patients.
  • Assisting patients in completing necessary financial assistance forms and applications.
  • Conducting thorough account reviews to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in all compliance-related registration documentation.
