Join a leader in the financial services sector, seeking a professional with expertise in loan underwriting, credit assessment, and borrower support. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a dedicated team that values work-life balance and provides options for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

The selected candidate will be tasked with evaluating applications for specific Borrower's Assistance programs, including processing deferments, loan modifications, and reages. Responsibilities also include underwriting loss mitigation transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in consumer loan underwriting
  • Prior experience in credit assessment is advantageous
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume work environment with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and the capacity for regular and predictable attendance
  • Flexibility in working hours and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Achieve assigned performance objectives
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in PC skills, including advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Fast-paced adaptability and attention to detail
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in lending or financial institutions with borrower assistance programs
