We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team at Emerson Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing department, ensuring that all production goals are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel to ensure that all production goals are met.
- Monitor and control production costs, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all production needs are met.
- Provide leadership and guidance to production personnel to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
- Relevant years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with process improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with green sand foundry operations.
