About the Role

We are committed to providing a safe working environment and promoting personal and professional growth of our team members. As a Logistics Specialist II, you will be responsible for delivering building materials to customers' places of business or job sites within a 200-mile radius of our branch. This role involves operating a commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT regulations and being a leader for job site safety.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently
* Load and unload building products from trucks
* Validate and confirm inventory loaded on the truck
* Conduct pre and post-trip inspections
* Capture pictures of delivered building products

Requirements

* Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
* Truck Crane Operation Certification preferred
* Ability to load and unload building products up to 100 lbs each
* Must be a safe driver with no hit & runs or DWI/DUI convictions within the last three years
* Prior commercial driving experience and knowledge of DOT & OSHA safety regulations preferred
* Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
