Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the Nursing process.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Requirements
  • Current registration in New York State as an RN.
  • Diploma and licensure required.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • 2 years NICU/Peds experience preferred.
  • BSN required.
  • Current BLS required.
  • NRP, and PALS certification preferred or to be successfully completed during orientation.
  • APHON certificate preferred or to be successfully completed within 1st year.
  • PCAR or TCAR certificate preferred or to be successfully completed within 6 months.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

Competitive salary range: $54.161/hr - $62.417/hr (commensurate with experience). Richmond University Medical Center offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
