Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team at Addison Group. This role will support the supply chain and production teams at our client's Bartlett facility, ensuring smooth inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team on manufacturing processes and new products.
  • Conduct physical counts of materials and investigate discrepancies on the production floor.
  • Analyze inventory data and generate reports for internal teams.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of production, quality, and material consumption.
  • Use ERP systems like Syteline and SAP for data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Update daily Excel reports on inventory and production metrics.
  • Support project managers with packaging and material requirements.
  • Attend departmental meetings and participate in GMP/Safety inspections.
  • Perform additional duties as needed by management.

Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years of operational experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing terminology (e.g., inbound, outbound, pallets).
  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience with ERP systems and basic Excel skills for data entry.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to comply with safety protocols, including wearing PPE (close-toed shoes, no nail polish/jewelry, hairnet, and safety glasses when on the floor).

Work Environment:

This is an office-based role, situated on the production floor, collaborating with supply chain, production, and quality teams.
