Veridiam is a leading manufacturer of high-quality products, serving the aerospace, industrial, medical, and nuclear markets. We are seeking a skilled Nondestructive Testing Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nondestructive testing (NDT) and visual testing (VT) to inspect materials and products.
- Utilize ultrasonic immersion testing techniques (UT) to detect defects and flaws.
- Generate inspection and test reports, and prepare nonconformance reports as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of NDT methods, procedures, and equipment.
- Participate in customer and quality audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications in NDT Level II preferred.
- Knowledge of visual and dimensional inspection methods, as well as NDT techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use software applications related to quality control and inspection.
