  • Execute active listening and consider ideas and suggestions from others.
  • Participate in the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) process to create a Patient for Life (PFL).

Requirements:
  • Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED), and specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration.
  • Valid drivers license and automobile insurance, or reliable means of alternate transportation.
