El Supervisor Clínico desempeña un papel de liderazgo dentro de la organización, incluyendo la construcción de equipos, el desarrollo de capacitaciones para el personal existente, la supervisión de clínicos y la formación de pasantes. Demuestra un alto nivel de competencia en las habilidades de consejería en adicciones. Altamente motivado y un modelo a seguir ejemplar para el equipo de tratamiento. Especialmente capacitado en el diagnóstico y tratamiento de problemas de adicción y/o conductuales. Responsable de todos los aspectos de supervisión y control del equipo clínico de SUD. Proporciona cobertura para el Director del Programa en caso de enfermedad, vacaciones, capacitación, etc. Se espera que brinde cobertura, cuando sea posible, para el personal clínico ausente. Cobertura de fin de semana posible dependiendo de la asignación de la agencia.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Proporciona servicios directos a los clientes, incluyendo la evaluación, diagnóstico de criterios de uso de sustancias, y la planificación y documentación del tratamiento de manera adecuada.
  • Facilita grupos utilizando educación, discusión y procesos grupales, enfocándose en problemas emocionales, sociales y familiares relevantes para los clientes con trastornos por uso de sustancias.
  • Proporciona o coordina servicios de gestión de casos que abordan los resultados multidimensionales del cliente.
  • Participa en la supervisión clínica, revisión de calidad de la documentación y seguimiento de objetivos personales destacados en la evaluación anual. Asiste a un mínimo de 2 horas de supervisión individual o grupal al mes.
  • Proporciona desarrollo regular del personal al equipo de tratamiento.
  • Proporciona supervisión al personal clínico según sea necesario. Asiste con la supervisión clínica grupal.

Calificaciones

Calificaciones Requeridas:

  • Título universitario o de posgrado.
  • Licencia como consejero profesional, trabajador social o CADAC III con 5 años de experiencia en gestión y supervisión en tratamiento de abuso de sustancias, con 2 años de experiencia en gestión de OTP.
