Job Summary

Medgene Labs is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily operational support to our Manufacturing staff, ensuring the production of high-quality vaccines in accordance with established procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Protocols for manufacturing vaccines.
  • Perform daily laboratory operations, including cell culture and bacterial growth methods.
  • Ensure compliance with aseptic procedures and cleaning schedules.
  • Assist with creating conditions for increasing productivity by analyzing and improving existing processes.
  • Perform other work as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Aseptic Techniques and good laboratory practices.
  • Good Documentation Practices.
  • Microbiology background is preferred.

Working Conditions:

Potential for exposure to human and animal pathogens, including blood-borne pathogens. Exposure to infectious agents, dangerous chemicals, high-voltage equipment, toxic fumes, high-pressure steam, temperature extremes, and potential mutagens.

Reporting Relationships:

Reports directly to the Production Manager. May take direction from Manufacturing Senior Scientists.
