We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team at John George Psychiatric Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will provide high-quality patient care to adults in a hospital setting, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and ADLs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Clinical Nurse I with AHS or equivalent experience in a hospital setting
- Preferred certifications: TNCC, CCRN, ACLS, BLS
