Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse II to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients and their families in a compassionate and professional manner. Your expertise will be essential in implementing the medical plan of care and collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Rooming: Apply time management protocols to keep providers on schedule and minimize patient wait time.
- Consistently perform rooming procedure and follow rooming standards to ensure patient is fully prepared for the provider.
- EPIC environment: Review charts for open orders, needed preventative services, HCC and P4P Measures.
- Assist the patients' care team in implementing the plan of care for the patient in a collaborative and professional manner.
- Notify patients of possible wait times throughout their time in the clinic setting as well as updating the provider wait times.
- Follow clinic protocols for late patients.
- High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
- Two (2) years of recent clinical experience required.
- Experience in ambulatory care environment preferred.
