About the Job:

We are looking for a dedicated Child Care Coordinator to join our team at Commander, Navy Installations. As a key member of our child and youth program, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities and ensuring the overall well-being of children and youth in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the development of schedules and activity plans that meet the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs of children and youth.
  2. Coordinate daily activities, including indoor and outdoor programs, meals, and rest periods.
  3. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and provide regular updates to parents and supervisors.
  4. Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children and youth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child care and development, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
