Job Description

The Palace is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Maintenance to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and take-charge individual to lead the maintenance operations of our Independent Living Community, Palace Suites.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in assisted living, hospital, or skilled nursing facility maintenance, with a strong background in hands-on and supervisory experience. They will possess excellent planning and organizational skills, be a self-starter who can work independently, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

The Director of Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our residents, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. They will also be responsible for supervising and training maintenance staff, managing budgets, and implementing maintenance policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have knowledge of AHCA regulations. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
