Printing Press Operator

We are seeking a skilled Printing Press Operator to join Hathaway Partners. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing operational activities and ensuring exceptional quality control.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in plant operations or related fields, as well as familiarity with plant tools and equipment. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to handle a physically demanding workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and overseeing plant operations and activities
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
• Loading and unloading equipment and materials
• Providing innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
• Performing routine preventive maintenance on the plant
• Logging and recording readings for equipment and procedures

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
