Job Description

The Precision Grinder Specialist will perform a variety of tasks related to grinding, polishing, and sharpening welded assemblies. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work accurately under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Grind, polish, sand, and sharpen welded parts to ensure conformance to established customer needs
  2. Operate small electric/air hand tools and handle assorted raw materials and steel parts
  3. Maintain work area and production equipment in clean and orderly condition
  4. Use online ERP system for data collection, work instructions, routers, and prints
  5. Participate in continuous process improvements and other duties as assigned
